Metcalf Property Management is a Southern California residential property management company built on hands-on experience, long-term relationships, and a deep respect for the value of real estate ownership.

Our roots in property management go back decades. Founder Mike Metcalf began learning the business at a young age, helping refurbish and manage apartment buildings alongside family. Those early experiences shaped the way we still approach property management today: with a practical understanding of maintenance, tenant relationships, leasing, compliance, and the everyday decisions that affect a property’s long-term success.
Since beginning his professional real estate career in 1987, Mike has built Metcalf Property Management around the same principles that matter most to owners: integrity, responsiveness, accountability, and care.

We provide full-service residential property management for owners throughout Southern California, including tenant placement, lease administration, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, financial reporting, and ongoing owner support.

Mike Metcalf is the Owner and Broker of Metcalf Property Management. He works directly with property owners who are interested in professional management, helping answer questions, explain the sign-on process, and determine whether our services are the right fit.
Owners can reach out to Mike regarding new property consultations, management agreements, owner onboarding, and tenant screening questions. He also supports the application review process to help ensure prospective tenants are evaluated carefully and consistently.
Brenda Metcalf

Brenda Metcalf is an Owner and Broker of Metcalf Property Management. She supports both owners and residents with important lease and move-out matters, including lease extensions, tenant move-out notices, and related communication.
